  • I have been to this place many many times and keep recommending it to everyone particularly bcz of their hygiene & good service. Today however I wasn't very pleased with the service hence the drop from 5 stars to 4 and I'm only dropping it to 4 bcz I've been coming here for over a year now and I only had a few not so good experiences. If you look at the pictures I took of my manicure today you'll understand why I was disappointed. My nails look like they were done a week ago, not clean & the finish is not good. This was by far the fastest manicure I have ever had - 10 min! I mean if I had requested an "express manicure" while I'm on my lunch break from work, this would have been great but I am not on a lunch break and I am not in a hurry so when I come in to do my nails, I expect to get pampered, isn't that one of the reasons why we enjoy doing our nails so much? The lady who did my nails (I know her name but I will keep it anonymous in case she was just having a bad day) didn't care much about what she was doing for me. She just wanted to finish ASAP and move on to the next customer which made me feel like this place is becoming increasingly very commercial as time goes by. Everyone is in a business to make money but with that, you have to give ppl the service they deserve and what was given to me today was really less than I deserved. My pedicure however was a much better experience. The guy who did my nails took his time to massage my feet and put the nail polish properly. Overall, this place does a good job however, the quality is dropping with the speed they want you out of there to take the next customer. I've been to a smaller place next to my house a couple of times and I had a much better treatment when I went there. The only reason why I decide to drive 25 min to 7 days to do my nails every time is bcz of their hygiene standards. I hope the management will look into this and make sure their customers are satisfied when they leave the spa. Quality rather than quantity is what should really matter!
