  • BEWARE!!!!!! I would not even give Dr. Inga and his RUDE staff (Kim) a star but that is not an option. This office is a rip off! I called Dr. Inga's office because I was referred to him. I called to make an appointment for my three children, myself and my husband. I gave Kim all of our dental insurance information and she said they took my insurance. All five of us went in for cleanings and x-rays. Four of us were told that we needed work done. Only my 4 year old was clear. Thankfully mine and my husband's work had to be "pre-approved" through our insurance. They told me my 12 year old had a cavity (she was getting braces the next morning) so I told them to go ahead and fill it, not even 10 minutes later they come out and tell me my 14 year old has two cavities. I told them I had to wait on his. I went to check out and Kim tells me my total is $366...SAY WHAT?!?! I ask her why is it so much? She proceeds to tell me that we have crappy insurance. I told her I do not understand, I have never had to pay for cleaning and x-rays. Fast forward a few weeks. Kim calls me to tell me what our co-pay is going to be for mine and my husband's work. IT WAS OUTRADIOUS! (in the thousands) I decided to call our insurance company myself and ask about the procedures. My insurance company tells me that it is because they are out of network!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! I called Dr. Inga's office and tell Kim that I do not have crappy insurance and the reason I paid so much was because they were out of network. I said "Kim when I called you and asked if you took my insurance, you said yes" Kim says "No I told you that we would work with your insurance" I seriously wanted to lose it! I just said we will not be continuing service at this office and let it go. After all I should have checked myself...right? Then I received a bill in the mail for an additional $630. I defiantly was not going back to that office. But the story gets worse!!! I made an appointment with a dentist that I had previously went to for 13 years to have my son's two cavities filled that I decided not to have done at Dr. Inga's office...THANKFULLY!!! To my surprise my son did not have ANY cavities. He did additional x-rays and nothing! I have now taken my son to another dentist and same answer, no cavities. I decided to have my daughters mouth looked at and she does not have a filling in the tooth that Dr. Inga said that she had a cavity and filled. Not only will I NEVER got to this office again I am now in the process of filling a claim with the dental board and possibly looking at legal action.
