  • Apparently the walk-through at the beginning of the move-in didn't count for anything. I got charged for what the residents did before me $650 in repairs that I didn't even know. I never use the cabinets I kept all my dishwashers on the counters because of the filth inside them. Three times I had people come and clean my apartment because the smell was unbearable. I should've called the health department when I was living there. They didn't even clean the rugs all they did was come in with some kind of scent that was supposed to take away the smoke and urine odor. Thank God it was a short-term rental the people take nothing you say seriously..
