  • Can't say enough good things about the Flying Hound. It's close to my home (always a plus when writing reviews) and such a fun little bar, but with great food. You can't go wrong with any of the beer choices (there are so many!) and the food options are great for such a small space. The bar is dimly lit but that gives it a cozy feel, so of course I opted for the french onion soup. It was the perfect choice for a fall day! It was loaded with croutons and provolone cheese, and didn't disappoint on the amount of onion. Paired with a delicious beer, it was the perfect treat for a chilly day!
