Even though the nice lady at the Mesa office told me "not to worry"; I knew better.
No - my account was not corrected 7 days after Nice Lady said it would be.
So I got someone on the phone in the collections department. That was last Thursday. Nice Lady From Collections said she and her supervisor would send a message to "licensing" and it would be taken care of. NLFC also said she'd call me this week to give me an update.
So today - a week after first speaking with NLFC - we spoke again. She checked her computer.....and......
Nothing.
She had not received a reply from licensing. She didn't sound surprised. I sure wasn't.
NLFC says she'll send another message to them today, and call me again next week.
I don't know how anyone can stand to work at this place.
