  • I noticed all the horrible reviews and was a little worried about going with this company. However, I had a really good experience! The line went pretty fast and the gentleman checking me in was very nice. The line did get pretty long behind me but it seemed to move pretty quickly. It only took him about 7 minutes from the time I walked up to the time I was finished. He asked my if I wanted extra insurance, I said no because my insurance provider covers me and he was not pushy at all about it like other rental places I have used in the past. He even cracked a few jokes with me about Vegas and seemed to enjoy his job. Friendly service is a bonus when everyone in line seems pissed!! I went downstairs waited about a minute before being told how to select my vehicle. A friendly guy came over took my ticket and asked me to follow him. He pointed to the mid-size vehicle row and said pick whatever vehicle you would like on this row, the keys are already in the vehicles. Follow the exit signs and the man in the booth with get you set. I picked a chevy suv something. Check out was simple and we were on our way. I am pleased with the vehicle, we had no problems with it at all. Returning the vehicle was very simple. You drive into the garage drop off area, they scan the vehicle, ask if there were any problems and print your receipt. Pretty simple and very easy!! For those of you that are complaining about the line and have a problem waiting the do have an express check in online so you can bypass the line and go straight to the garage get in your car and check out. All in all very good service and would us again!!
