  • I approached Mr. Dault and BK with one thing in mind. To save my home. In previous years we had fallen behind in dues, and those along with legal fees were piling up. They were threatening to take my home. In considering BK, I had one question. Can you make this go away? He said he could. We filed. He couldn't. As it turned out, HOA fees are not dischargeable. $1600 down the drain, and three years later, I'm still fighting. Buyer beware.
