  • Absolutely the worst car rental I have experienced!!! Rented a Ford Fiesta vehicle had a transmission that slipped between gears. When I called the location I was told that's how all ford fiestas drive!! The female rental associate was NASTY!! When I called to complain about the car she told me "just give me the long and short story!!" This woman does not belong in customer service, maybe washing the cars but not dealing with the public!!! Complained to Payless and all they said was sorry! Teach me to try and save money!!!! The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and Courteous, perhaps she should rent the cars not the nasty woman!!!!!
