  • Went in to get a recall fixed on my car. My ailment was perfect before coming in to get my recall fixed. They called me to tell me that I had a nail in my front driver tire. I asked them to take out the nail and patch the tire for me. After the recall and tire patch I drove off and my ailment was completely off and to the left. The same side in which they fixed my tire. I had to drive back and tell them about the issue. The service advisor said that they had nothing to do with that. After a long conversation back and forth he finally decided to get the ailment fixed. I had to stay longer for something that was not wrong with the car before I even came in. Nobody showed or cared for my time. I am upset that my whole day was wasted from poor work that was done at this service center. I do not feel as though this is a trust worthy service center.
