  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MORALS. I called at 7pm (their hours say open till 9) to see how long of a wait to get my beard laid down and lined up and the guy who answered the phone said "we're done for the night" (2 hours before posted close time) "I can get you but it's gonna cost you". I ask how much and the guys says $35! I clarify that I'm just trying to get my beard lined up and he replied, "yeah I'm charging you overtime prices, told you it was gonna cost you." SERIOUSLY?! Guy refused to give his name too, what a shady business.
