  • Customer service is great. I was assisted first by Corey and then by Kosta. Both were professional and generally just good guys. However the pricing online and in person is completely deceiving. I went to their site and found a Audi A5 priced at book value. Awesome I thought. I got approved for a loan went to the dealer took a test drive and was happy. Now it's time to sign and drive I thought. Unfortunately I'm informed the price I saw online does not include the reconditioning fee aka "recon" so the actual sales price is $2500 higher than posted. Then the next two hours were spent going back and forth with offers from credit unions etc and in the end the vehicle sales price was still$2500 above the price advertised. Anyway I went in ready to pay the sales price not even asking for a discount and then they went higher than the advertised price omg I've never payed the advertised price and these guys want to negotiate from above what they offered. This place is a joke it is for people who really have no clue about making a vehicle purchase.
