  • LIZ the receptionist is horribly rude and quite pleased with herself chomping her gum, angry face & miserable with life. Ugh, she goes into patient rooms!!. Let's see how the rest of the visit goes. WAITING OVER AN HOUR...still waiting. So far the rest of the staff was great! Dr Singh is FANTASTIC, calm, takes his time & listens. So 1 Star for Liz & 5 for Dr. Singh= 2.5 The complaints on Yelp about billing and the back office make me nervous & so does the patronizing responses or lack of responses to complaints. Eyes wide open and looking for a back up pediatrician/Family Physician. Just in case.
