Food wise I would give 5 stars.
Tetsu's cheescake is light and fluffy, the texture is indeed unique and worth trying.
The ice-cream is only $3, good portion size and unique flavours. We had the Taro which was smooth and flavourful.
Service wise I would give 2 stars. This is not due to there being a long line up, but because they allow the line up to become caotic and serve those who are blatantly budding. Several youth claiming to be part of an event budded the line where people were waiting 30 mins to an hour. If Tetsu was endorsing this event and made it clear this would be happening throughout the day, no problem. But people in line had no idea what the event was, nor did they care, and it left a sour taste in people who were budded.
Tetsu, I suggest you put up some signage next time if you are endorsing this behaviour or event, and have them flow through the ice-cream side line instead.
