  • I should've read the Google map reviews before coming here. Excuse my crappy cuticles also lol but I go in to get an acrylic set before my California trip today and within the first 10 minutes I'm already wishing I went somewhere else. They charge extra just to do a different shape which some nails are shaped crooked, then after she puts on thr acrylic on my left hand I notice that she didn't even take my original nail polish off completely then says she tried to drill it off but my nail had holes in it? Why not use nail polish remover? So she says she'll take them off but I wasn't about to be there another half hour so I was able to keep the original price I had paid. After I had told her about the nail polish she rushed through the rest of the service and I had to ask her to keep making my nails smooth because she was making the edges on top square and not natural. There's little fuzzy hairs underneath the acrylic and shadows because the acrylic is too thick in some places. She didn't apply cuticle oil at the end and ran off after putting me in front of a fan. She made me feel like I was asking for too much when she was the one who was doing a half assed job. And to top it off, my nails are already coming up on the sides after ONE day. The name on the lady's license is Duc so I hope you treat the next person better than I was treated.
