| - Our stay at Hyatt Place in Chandler, Az begin with a smile at the front desk and a very helpful attendant. They have a little bar and food counter, so when your craving for sweets hit at 10:00 p.m
Cheesecake or cinnamon rolls hit the spot!. Room was excellent and comfortable. We rose in the morning to a full breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, yummy bacon, oatmeal, toast, juices, milk, and bagels. The coffee wasn't very hot and lacked taste. So I opted to pay for a Starbucks vanilla Latte, also available at their little barista counter. They were short staffed but the desk clerk made my latte for the first time and did an excellent job. There was a bit of confusion when breakfast ended and a few unhappy customers when they were turned away at 9:00 a.m. After breakfast we proceeded to the pool. The pool area was not clean or hosed down. Spider webs on chairs and rocks and things under foot when you got out of the pool. However the pool itself was sparkling, cool, and refreshing.
All the employees were very nice, helpful, and always smiled. I recommend this hotel for a staycation or for out of town guests.
