We came on a Sunday and we had a 6 month old in a stroller with us.
The security at the entrance are incredibly courteous and I hope someone who assesses their employment reads this. The moment they saw our monster stroller they came down the steps and asked if we would like to use the lift. They helped my husband secure himself and our baby and got us to the entrance. Our experience has been such that most people just stare at you until you ask for assistance which was not the case here.
The line went quickly and the tellers are prompt. They offer student, military and senior discounts. An elevator is available to reach all the floors. The displays are interesting and well balanced between crime and the police. They did a good job showing how a life of crime might seduce some and towards the ending showing exactly why even the best gangsters end in many ways worse than where they came from.
Some of the images and videos are graphic but this is a reality of life. Death hags like myself will be fascinated.
