  • I just recently had my 2008 chrysler 300c serviced here and I was impressed with the service I received. I'm usually not happy with dealer service in general. So, I already have a chip on my shoulder going in. Jesse Ramirez, who was my service manager, made the experience a good one. I had a number of issues that needed to be dealt with and they all were, including replacing the power steering pump, which was covered under warranty, thank god! That would have cost around $1,500, so I highly recommend always extending your warranty with the dealer, if you know you're going to keep the car. The warranty also covered my car rental. They have a shuttle service as well, which can take you to and from the dealer. This place seems like they have improved there overall service from past years!
