  • Update. I had a chance to stay during the week. Night and day from the last stay. While my room had a great view, the shower leaked like there was only half a door. The towels were stiff and unpleasant. The lobby was basic upscale, but not outstanding. My breakfast was disappointing, the potatoes were dry and chewy, the English muffin burnt. I was especially disappointed that the friendliest person was the busser. When I checked out, the counter had one person complaining that he had been repeatedly over charged, and a woman demanding to speak to the manager because of an injury due to water from a leaky shower. Feels like this hotel is slipping despite its lovely facade. Wouldn't recommend anymore.
