  • We lost one of our garage door opener remotes. We called A Always Open based on their ratings and hours of service. We called Saturday morning around 9:30 and reached a technician named Dan. He was very courteous and friendly. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled the service call for 2:00 to 4:00 that afternoon. Dan arrived at 2:30. He scrubbed the codes for the old remotes and programmed two new ones plus the old one we still had. Now we have an extra remote in an emergency. Dan also recommended a tune-up of the garage door and installing a new set of rollers that move the door up and down the rails. We agreed and the job was completed in an hour. The new rollers make the garage door super quiet; quieter now than when it was brand new. Dan's a great technician, very nice, punctual and professional. We highly recommend A Always Open Garage Doors for any garage door needs.
