  • I purchased tires from Big O Tires around March of last year. I chose Big O because they were having a buy three or buy two get two special. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They must have sold me the discounted crap tire that they get on sale in bulk. Four Aspen Touring a/s Tires. Right off the bat, 30 days after install, the tire pressure light comes on my dash, I assume it must be a nail, how could my BRAND NEW TIRES be low? Well sure enough I was told it was the valve stem. I leave thinking ok, well that's taken care of, but nope, around 30 days later check tire pressure light back on!! Now, the guys always got in me in quick and provided service at no charge, I want to be sure to note that. Now a year later.. The check tire light comes on every month!! I have returned to Big O numerous times to have the tires checked, I always get an excuse that its the gauge or the stem or something. I never had issues with the old tires and have never had issues with other brands. I should have researched Aspen Tires before paying a dime for these cheap POS. Now, lights back on today. 15 lbs in the front passanger tire. I am sure I am not the only person who purchases tires with the expectation that I will not have to worry about TIRES!! Every time I go out of town I worry about my tires. Last month I had to take some work colleagues to Las Vegas in my personal car. Before arriving to Wickenberge my tire light comes on. Thankfully made it to Wickenberge but then had to drive to all three gas stations to find working air, thankfully I found a working air compressor. My colleagues were afraid to drive back home in my unreliable car because we were almost stranded in the desert because of my crap tires. Needless to say I was very embarrassed, not to mention I ended up getting dirty from putting air and had to go to straight to the conference with rubber on my slacks. Buyer Beware! When prices drop on tires make sure YOU pick the brand and stay clear of the Aspen Brand.
