  • WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! A couple of items I was looking to buy had no pricing on them. The first time, no employees around so my wife went to the front counter to ask but she had to go around looking for an employee. The second time, I asked an employee that was walking by for another price check or send someone over,she didn't even stop to answer me and just said"yeah,yeah" and kept quickly walking away. After waiting 10 min or so, I had to walk up front to checkout counter and ask the 3 employees that were standing and talking to each other to get a price check to which one of them mumbled "yeah, sure". When we went to checkout, cashier was not at checkout counter when we walked up to pay but talking to another coworker. She mumbled "I'll check you out at other register" no hello, no smile just blah look. After purchasing some stuff we went to Big 5 and got the same stuff and more on sale with friendly help and returned stuff we bought at sports authority. Management - If you care, you lost a $200 purchase. I don't expect to be pampered, but at least a "hello" or maybe pretend like employees want to help customers and not feel like we're bothering. Then again, maybe I just went the wrong day when your not so best employees were there.
