  • We ordered a Lock and Go for pickup at TI on May 5th, 2016. The male representative and efficient through much of the process. However, he thanked me for asking about the gas receipt needed upon return because there was only a quarter-tank of gas. He only then noted this in the computer. Otherwise, we would have had to fill up a full tank of gas, when we only had a quarter tank, at the end of our rental. We received a Ford Fiesta, which was very small. This was the smallest car we have ever driven with the Lock and Go, but it was okay, I guess. It only fit one medium sized luggage in the trunk. Good thing we only had two medium bags so the other one could fit in the back seat.
