  • Don't come here... the man who works here is sooooooo surly! We live close by and came in for help with sizing my engagement ring. It was purchased on-line and we suspect the size we were sent was bigger than what we ordered. I was hoping he would have one of these: http://www.eurekatools.com/image/cache/data/NewToolImages/61-500x500.JPG (haha, yeah I know what you're thinking that looks like...) to let us know what size we were actually given. If the service was nice, we probably would have gotten it re-sized here instead of sending it back to the company we ordered it from. Guy working was so rude and refused to help us out. Was told to "take it back to where you bought it from and get them to help you." It honestly would have taken him 30 seconds to do this favour for us. Instead, we left angry and will never consider using his services for any jewelry repair/purchases we may need in the future. We ended up going to The Bay to have the ring sized, where they were more than happy to help us out.
