| - Do yourself a favor--if you're planning dinner at Geordie's, find out when Chelsea works. AMAZING server. Totally pro. If I was in the food service business, I'd steal her.
Big dinner for 9. Lots of talking over one another (us) and it had to be a nightmare to take that order, and keep up with all of our special requests and us arguing about the changes we were making.. She handled it with with total aplomb, even making sure that Mother, who's very deaf, felt part of the action. Cocktails came as needed, the food was right, she checked in without being obtrusive, removed dishes as needed promptly--I just can't say too many good things about Chelsea.
And the food was great--wonderful oysters on the half shell, that seemed to have come right out of the near ocean side. Oh, wait, this is Arizona-no ocean. GREAT oysters. Watch out for the horseradish, it's nuclear. Lots of apps to share, great entrees--we all left completely happy. (And that's hard with our crowd, trust me)
