  • Pluses Where do I begin?! Bed is super comfy Room is huge Toilet and shower separate from sink Hotel store had everything you could think of and more! (Starbucks coffee, Food, drinks amenities, clothes, souvenirs, etc.) Beautiful lush atmosphere Staff supper friendly! They remember you and conversations! Staff knowledgeable about where and how to get things and hours of operations Gym super clean Gym had a lot of cardio equipment free weights, circuit weights, and other stuff Mike, the AV guy, came right away to help with a presentation issue for a meeting. Set a wake up call for 3am. Automated phone ring came right on time. Coffee in the room. Minuses Steam room under construction Scratchy towels (my co-worker said he liked this!) No ab board in gym. No cell service when riding the recumbent bike in the gym Property a bit dated (I did not get one of the refurbished rooms). This is being worked in. Hours for gym, miniature golf, store etc. not long enough. I wished everything opened earlier and stayed open longer. I wish I stayed longer !!!! I hope I get back.
