  • Ordered Lyft on Saturday night after attending a fundraiser/charity event at Dominic's in Scottsdale Quarter. The fundraiser offered a "free ride home with Lyft up to $100" Lyft did not disclose that it was only a very small radius of travel the credit would be good for. Our Lyft driver came, not mentioning anything about the code we entered...not telling us the ride would be more expensive, and then Lyft charged our card $147 from Scottsdale Quarter to our home at 130th St and Shea Blvd - 10.7 miles away. When we called to try to resolve the issue, the manager did nothing but give us a credit on our account...and could not even tell us the amount of credit to be issued to our account. There was no one higher up in the company to speak to either! So we may have a Lyft credit on our account, but it will not be put to use because we are NEVER riding with Lyft again. Terrible company, dishonest thieves!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
