| - Shame, shame, shame on this company. They was called to service my mother's heating unit (they had previously installed and serviced her system) so call them back in right? Heating unit wasn't heating...6 VISITS later now working (yeah.....it took 6 VISITS, they couldn't figure out the problem??????? this is your company's line of business???? - one visit was just to replace the batteries in the thermostat WTH). Now comes the fun part..$$$$$ (and there's a warranty in place). She was billed 2xs (signed receipts agreeing to amounts at time of services)...yet her debit card was over billed on one of the billings by $80.00. I call the company - young lady says the "billing person" is not available - OK take my info have her call me back....."what's this in regards to...." she asks, so I explain...OH, all of a sudden she's able to help me (I'm thinking, so were you just screening the call????) She says I'll research and get back to you .......you guessed it she didn't call back like she said she would (Friday). I'm stewing about this over the weekend...really $80.00 dispute and you can't call me back to resolve it? I file an EFT dispute with her bank due to the over billing over the weekend - let the bank work on this too. Monday late afternoon, I get a call back from the company....still no resolution rather an explanation of WHY she was billed $150.00 verses $70.00 (that her receipt says and she had signed agreeing to the charge). 2 Hours of labor at $75.00 per hour....I said NOPE, not going to happen - because this was not agreed to and the technician was never out there for 2 hours. She said well let me look into it further and talk to the owner. I said you do that, meanwhile I've filed a dispute with the bank because this is clearly an overcharge........still waiting on her call back, it's been 10 days since we last talked. NOT GOOD!
UPDATE: Last night got a call (16 days later) from the owner of the company....and we reviewed the situation over the phone, yet again. At the end he agreed to reverse a total of $150.00 in charges, never really explained or understood why she was over charged but suffice it to say, he agreed to reverse one of the fees. Thank you.
