  • Customer service was really amazing!! Cody and Ilona made everything very convenient for us. We had a patio cover put up in no time and during the spring which I assume is a busy time period for these requests with the really hot weather right around the corner. The value was surprising as well being that I did get some much higher quotes from other companies along with hassles about upgrading various features of our backyard which I neither inquired about nor was interested in. I understand trying to upsell but after the third turn down you would think the person would get the idea. Anyway, none of those hassles with Cody. He's great. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Also, I liked the follow up email from Ilona in the office. I didn't feel pressured, more appreciative as I had been meaning to follow up anyway and hadn't, so it was perfect. Best of all we are thrilled with our new patio cover!! It looks wonderful and our family can get so much more use out of the outdoor space this season. Thank you!
