Don't be tempted by their trendy furniture and good prices - RUN AWAY!!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Had a damaged couch delivered over a week ago (for which they have already charged my credit card). Couch was refused, I was told 'quick fix', expect an email within a couple of days to arrange re-delivery. It has now been 11 days. NO CONTACT INITIATED BY WEST ELM WHATSOEVER. I however, have collectively wasted 2 and 1/2 hours on hold with numerous customer service agents that have promised me they are going to resolve the situation. It is unbelievable. No responses to email/voicemails - I am wondering at this point if I will ever get my couch. I normally don't believe that things like this can happen, but I am here to tell you - IT WILL IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not worth it - go elsewhere!!!!
