  • Over an hour wait for a 5 minute appointment is absurd. This isn't an emergency room or a drop-in clinic where one might expect long wait times... these are specialists. The scheduling system is clearly flawed - and its seems that to mitigate these long wait times, the doctors spend the bare minimum time with you in the rooms. The whole interaction was mechanical and impersonal - I was never even told what kind of acne I have or why I have it! There are so many causes and kinds, and in order to take some kind of control over this condition outside of the doctors office requires more communication than what was given. Not impressed.
