  • This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I took my car in for service and spent $600 only to get my car back damaged. They did not tell me they damaged my car and didn't realize it until I left. I brought it back and told them I wanted the door replaced. They gave me a loaner and two weeks later I go back to pick it up only to see they did a crappy bondo job. It was the most horrible repair job I have ever seen. I left the car and came back on Monday to talk to the service manager and general manager. Alex Estay is the GM and he is the most horrible person I have ever met. Came in to the office so rude and asked me "what do you want?" I told him I wanted a refund for my service and a new door. Only after him arguing with me he said they would replace the door. They also told me that this happened to another persons car 3 days later so I guess I wasn't that special. They also told me that they did me a favor by providing me a loaner. I can't believe they don't care about damaging a car which also devalues the car. I have since put in a complaint with Hyundai. Stay away they are horrible!!!
