When I first went to the Cupcrazed Cakery it had happened to be on a Tuesday during the first week that it opened. Then cookies were $1.00 and cupcakes were $2 even the gluten free. The people behind the register were so welcoming and greeted us with smiles. The store was clean with a nice assortment of treats to cure any sweet tooth! That day I happened to get these big yummy cookies with pecans, an m&m cookie, a caramel apple cupcake and a salted caramel gluten free cupcake (just to try for the heck of it). By far the pecan cookie was my fav to say the least. As a matter of fact sooooo good I went back into the store to purchase another. The cupcakes were tasty however, standard with sugary thick frosting. Don't get me wrong I did go back this past Tuesday because the deal was good but the plain cookies I was told was $1.50 and the mixed cookies were regular price of $2.00 and $2.00 cupcakes this time around by different people which was fine but, they didn't have my favorite pecan cookies. We got the red velvet cookie with white chips, key lime coconut cupcake, two peanut butter cookies ( that were in the shape of cupcakes) with a peanut butter fluffy frosting on top and a brownie like cupcake topped with gummy worms, m&ms frosted animal crackers and vanilla frosting. It was nice to look at but, no wow factor the flavors didn't pop out enough to go with the name of the items. The coconut lime cupcake, barely taste like lime with little coconut flavor and dusting of coconut flakes. Red velvet cookie, was red. Peanut butter cookie with fluffy frosting was cloyingly sweet with slightly under cooked dough on the base. Try it for yourself especially the pecan cookies if they don't run out!
