I took a cooking class with my friend. We made scallops, corn risotto and blueberry cobbler. I was very disappointed that we had to work in large teams. We were on a team of 4. Had one person chop, one whisk, one add wine etc and so on. You pay $70 for a cooking class, but mostly watch. Chef Deborah was nice and she did throw in some tips, but I would have liked (expected) to actually practice the techniques, not watch someone else. I gave it 3 stars because of the tips, but if not for that a one and one-half star. I learned how to cook the actual scallops from Chef's team, who were really great. Absolutely not worth 70 bucks! I love the store and expected a class where I would be much more involved.
