Paid 300 dollars a night for a staywell queen room with a "pool view" got to the room and view was of a large expanse of rooftop with no pool in sight. Was told there was a pool at the end of the roof top as an explanation on how that could possibly constitute a pool view. ! We were moved to a staywell strip view again more rooftop expanse and a strip view if you stood against the wall to see it. We did have a peekaboo view of the airport and we were right next to the helicopter path that runs along Tropicana Blvd so from morning till late at night we heard constant LOUD helicopters CONTINUALLY droning past our windows. The blackout shade let in lots of light around the edges, the air conditioner didn't cool the room well, The alarm clock that wakes you with natural light lit up the room at 3:30 am the first night and the only way it would shut off was to unplug it. The bathroom had a gouged hole in the wall. The restaurants Shibuya and Fiamma were both Amazing and the housekeeping staff were very prompt and pleasant.
I wouldn't recommend staying here for the money we paid per night. Would have asked to move again but the hotel was fully booked and even if we could have moved packing and unpacking wasn't worth the hassle
