  • I was really looking forward to my appointment based on the reviews. I left work early for a 3:30 appointment....which they apparently never put in the schedule. I had scheduled with the stylist herself...so no miscommunication between stylist and scheduler was to blame. So now I have to take off work early again on another day to go to another appointment....with another salon. I'm disappointed they couldn't get the basics right.
