  • I don't know what more I can say about this place that hasn't been captured by the 60+ negative reviews other than to say that they are spot-on accurate. This place looks and operates like a complete scam. The people at the front counter are rude and unprofessional. I booked through Priceline for a car rental "on the airport." This place is not at all on the airport. In fact, you have to take a train AND a shuttle to get to it. Then, when you finally get to it, it takes over 30 minutes to get your car because they use shoddy computer terminals and don't have a credit card reader. I was overbilled for $100 CAD for what was described to me as "third party rental" charges. When I complained that I wasn't told about this, the sales rep simply laughed and said "I guess you will learn your lesson next time." I complained through Priceline and they told the Priceline rep that these were actually insurance charges. That is a complete lie since I declined insurance and have the paperwork to back it up. Do not go to this business unless you like being overcharged and treated like you are less than human. Avoid at all cost.
