  • These apartments are a scam!! Do not give them your deposit. My daughter and her friend gave them a $1600 deposit right before 5 o'clock and then that night realized that they couldn't move in. The next morning went straight back there when they opened and told the lady the reason and the lady told them sorry but they will not give them back their deposit!!!Till this day I feel that they took $1600 from two young girls for no reason except for they said that they could!! You should think twice before handing them over your money!! They also told them if they don't rent out the apt that they will hold the two girls responsible for the next months rent!! Scare tactics on these two girls is disgraceful. I would think twice before moving into these apartments. I wish my daughter and her friend had read these Yelp reviews before giving them a single penny!! I actually wrote this review at the time that it happened, but the people in the office told my daughter to tell me to delete my original Yelp review and they would give my daughter and her friend their money back. So I did delete it and they didn't give them their money back. They did not do anything, but lie to them! So I am reposting another one!
