Overcharged my card. Muscles were mushy and gritty. Didn't receive part of the food order. They spilled a full drink on the guy sitting next to me.
Every time I talk to the manager they are "too busy" to review why my card was overcharged. I left a voicemail with no return call. Called again and talked to the manager 3 different times about the issue and the only response I get is the managers are busy and their system is cumbersome and takes time to review. It's been a month!
They also told me mushy and gritty muscles are of a higher quality than what you're used to getting at other restaurants.
Maybe they forgot about the rest of the food order because I didn't get an excuse or acknowledgement for that issue.
