  • The hot air balloon ride was great. However, there was false advertising about the post flight brunch in the desert that was advertised on their website. Flight was great and the views were amazing. Once we landed we were given Mimosa's to toast, but where was the brunch of Croissants, eggs, turkey, cheeses and fruit??? No where in the desert where we landed like it was stated on the website. We were transported back to their WAREHOUSE for Croissants, cheese, fruit. NO EGGS, NO TURKEY---pretty basic snacks...no brunch in the desert. Please don't advertise this if you are not going to do it.
