  • WORST OFFICE EVER! They do not follow through and no one is on the same page. I live in Laughlin and have to drive up just for my daughter to be seen. BUT what I thought was awesome when the doctor said "I will call you in 2-4 weeks to follow-up over the phone so you don't have to drive up." Turned into "YOU missed an appointment." Umm what appointment? Cuz we never had one. On top of it they prescribe my daughter medication that makes her insomnia worse! They may bring on the charm the first few appointments but then they are just the worse, especially Ruby! She is the rudest woman I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
