  • I used Right Way for a new roof after references from a few friends. My old roof had held up well for about 20 years. I am particular about my home and do most of the work items myself, but this one was too big to tackle. Overall I thought they did an excellent job. Their quote was not the least expensive, but they appeared to know what they were doing, the materials were good if not better than what had been used in the past. They were excellent about meeting commitments and confirming dates. We had a big roof so I had questioned their size estimates, but Lori worked it diligently and we agreed. They were as careful as I would be in reusing tile and avoiding damaging other portions of the house and they had a few methods on installing dormier vents and interlaying with the flat roof that I thought were superior (having done preventative patching there in the past.) Cleanup was really well done and they did it nightly. They were able to match the tile and Kevin got a decent price for the extra pallet needed. This is hard dirty work (I have done it myself) but I thought they did an outstanding job. It took them a week to get the work done but they were hard at it every morning unitl late in the day including Saturday. In the end I am glad I trusted this to them. Warranty is good, but I don't think I will need it. Waiting to see how it performs when the Monsoons come, so far very pleased.
