  • I went into this store to have my wedding party try on suits before purchase and they informed us that they do not allow customers to try in tuxedos not do they have sample tuxedos. Then the manager wanted to get an attitude with us because we informed them that since we couldn't try on anything we would go elsewhere but we asked if we could still at least get the measurements; they were hesitant and the lady didn't even measure my brother for his jacket. This is disturbing because I went to the warehouse prior to having my wedding party come with me and they told me and my maid of honor that they did have sample suites. Then........ They told us that the suits will get to us TWO days before our wedding!!!!! Are they CRAZY!! ... But out if it all the customer service was TERRIBLE!
