  • I really hate coming here, but I do because they have the largest assortment of thread, and my machine has a preference for Gutermann thread which they have the largest selection of. The store itself is ok, I just loathe the whole checking out process. IT TAKES FOREVER and there is always a line up and many mental defectives don't realize there is only 1 line up for the 2 cashiers; so you get these jerks creating their own lines. I don't blame the store for that but they should put up a sign or something! Overall, if you are an avid sewer you will find what you need, in one stop. They had a location closer to my place but they closed it down, I am only aware of 2 locations, marlbrough and northland...marlbrough has a nicer more organized store. Dislike their return policy, tired to return a couple of zippers and they wouldn't let me because it was past 10 days...even though they had an entire rack of them and I had the receipt. Also discovered that wal-mart sells some of the same lines of thread they sell at about 30% less, I think this will be my new go to place...who knew!? Don't think I will be back, gonna start ordering my thread on line or going to wal-mart...and forgetting about the atrocious checking out procedure all together!
