I have visited the show room office and contacted office sales Christine in earlier March and they arranged a "designer" Gregg to measure all my new house windows at total 14 pcs, and put my order No#152084, which was purchased on 3/8/2017, Gregg can not confirmed on exact date to deliver to install but said 2-3 weeks time is maximum to finish my order. But on 3/23 we are informed by office that our ordered blinds will not be ready before 4/6/2017 without specifying the reason, and the office agent did informed the designer Gregg on this situation at earlier stage but he failed to contact us even he did not reply our call . When we confirm this purchase is very much based on the production time of 2-3 weeks since ordered date, and we made our move-in plan accordingly but now it put us in a kind of difficult situation to rearrange all as this house is for rental purpose, appointed tenant may come to us for compensation.
I sent again email to office sales agent Christine to asked the reason of delaying our production and why we are not informed accordingly when delay may occurs? But she simply forwarded mail to installation team to response! And you guess what? NO RESPONSE AT ALL SO FAR!!!
So here all readers you should know better about this company with other comments. They are not manufactory but a AGENT that is not able to control all production. They have to collect 50% of total amount as deposit to order on behalf of clients and once production factory screws up them, who will be suffered? That's only Me and you, or all potential clients!!!
