  • I don't know why Haven Homes has a low rating here on Yelp, as our experience with Haven Homes was one of the best renting experiences I've had in the last 15 years. I hope my review influences others to give this company a chance to prove what an on-point and wonderful company they are. We rented a beautiful house in Southern Highlands and we were pleased from start to finish starting with the quality of the house, the quick attentiveness to maintenance calls (which were very minimal at move-in), we loved going into the office to drop off the rent and muffins to see Jorge, our favorite representative of the company, and finally, our move-out was painless. We received a full refund of our security deposit, but that reflects our respect and responsibility to Haven Homes to return the house with carpets cleaned (as mentioned in the lease) and we additionally hired a cleaning service to clean the house top to bottom. We loved the backyard and landscaping and it was our prerogative to nourish the lawn back to full grass (as it was a little despondent upon move-in). We took very good care of the house as though it were our own and in return we had a very good personal relationship with Haven Homes. My advice is to develop a personal relationship with those that you want to do good business with. Thank you Haven Homes! We miss you and if we need another house rental in the future, we know where to go!
