There was some anticipation after all that I have heard from this place.
had a chance to to try this place out with a good friend. There was a 15-20 minute wait. Nonetheless, we got the best seat in the house. Right in front of the cooks as this was an open kitchen style setting.
We tried the following
Tempura green beans
Deviled eggs with pancetta and caviar
Bison Meatloaf sliders (my choice)
wild mushroom flatbread (Aiza's choice)
The tempura green beans and deviled eggs were delicious. couldn't have done it any better. As for the wild mushroom flat bread, we both agreed that there was something missing. The bison meat was fantastic, only gripe was the sauce, a little overpowering. Another highlight was the cucumber soda, I ordered which i have never had before. All in all it was a great experience. well done!
