I had the pleasure of meeting with NP Bonner. I had been out and about and my stomach pain became so intense that I decided to run into urgent care.
This by far was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. It ended up that my symptoms pointed towards a bleeding ulcer. She strongly insisted that I go to the ER if my symptoms continued. Then she gave me a medication that stopped the bleeding altogether in about a week or so. She gave me two referrals for blood work and a gastrointestinal doctor. Wow! I went from the worst Urgent care 8 months ago to the best.
It ended up that the amount of Ibuprofen I was taking was certainly not helping matters. The specialist I was seeing did not see anything wrong with it, although I voiced my concern. NP Bonner tried something different on my second visit and now I have experienced better results than ever before in this area of my treatment.
What's next???? I don't know, but I still have to see that gastrointestinal doctor. Now she is going to review my past few years of medical history to see what else may need to be adjusted in my medical treatment.
I knew it was going to be a good visit when she took the time to talk to both my wife and I about who we were and what we're about. That extra three minutes of personal time is what convinced me that I would not visit any other urgent care in the future coupled with, of course, her treatment recommendations.
Anyway, I like to give reviews on any business if I think that my experience can help others to make an informed decision. I ALWAYS READ REVIEWS, not all are honest, but most reflect patterns that I may want to be a part of, or I want to avoid like the plague.
