  • Treating myself to a new pair of shoes today! I'm from LA, but when visiting my family in Vegas three weeks ago, we decided to get my mom a new pair of running shoes. We found this store on Yelp, checked it out, and I have to say we were very impressed. Tom and his staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on footwear and finding the correct pair of shoes to use. They'll do an impromptu survey of what kind of shoes you are looking for and for what purpose. Then they'll put you on a treadmill and film you running for 20 seconds. Tom replays the film and goes over what kind of shoes will be best for you, and then you try 3-4 pairs of shoes. My mom found the perfect pair, and her feet have been very happy while running these past three weeks. The treadmill/filming is complimentary if you buy shoes same-day. Otherwise it's $20. If they don't have the shoe size/color in stock, then they'll also order for you. I know there's probably tons of shoe stores in LA, but I waited until this weekend to come back to Vegas and buy from Tom. Can't wait!
