  • Called at 730am to arrange a 830am cab pickup. Operator/dispatch person said no problem. 8:40am I call back and get the sorry sir it will be 20 more minutes. At 910am the driver calls me and says he's 8 minutes away. At 920am the driver arrives. Completely unacceptable to be 50 minutes late when I called an hour ahead. If I wanted to leave at 920am I would have asked for a 920am pickup. 830am should mean 825am. You should ALWAYS be early.
