  • I was sorely disappointed by the level of professionalism. As I told the girl at the cash out counter my 1st time there would be my last. I needed my toe paint taken off and redone. Apparently that's a difficult job for some. The 1st person came over to help me and I informed him that the paint was gel so he chatted with someone and a different person came over to tale care of my toes. She did a fine job and the new paint is ok. The shocker was when I checked out to pay. They charged more than I'd ever heard of and it was extra to remove the gel. At least inform me of the prices so I'm not shocked and upset when it's over. There weren't any pricing signs that I could see.
